Motor Vehicle Report:
A Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) includes Motor Vehicle records for the state of issuance of applicant's Driver's License. Information may include: accidents, tickets and other driving violations from three to seven years.

- Provides full access on a statewide basis to all 50 states
Sex Offender Search:
Sex Offender Search is a National Search of all registered adult sex offenders. Registration may be required for those convicted of crimes including Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First or Second Degree, Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minors or Kidnapping.
- Identifies those individuals that have a history of sex offences towards minors, elderly or anyone who is unable to care for themselves from predators
- Sex offenders are four times as likely to revert to a pattern of criminal behavior as other criminals.
Office of Inspector General (OIG) Report:
OIG Report is a Name Search through the Department of Health & Human Services Office of Inspector General. Bases for exclusion include convictions for program-related fraud and patient abuse, licensing board actions and default on Health Education Assistance Loans.
The Office of Inspector General's (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) database provides information to the health care industry, patients and the public regarding individuals and entities currently excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid and all Federal health care programs. Individuals and entities that have been reinstated are removed from the LEIE.
